...Record high temperature in Madison today...
An observed temperature of 78 degrees was recorded at Dane County
regional Airport in Madison today at 139 PM lst. This breaks the
previous record maximum high temperature of 75 degrees set in 1945.
With day time heating still occurring...temperatures may still climb
above 78 degrees. A final report will be issued later this evening.
