* at 543 PM CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the advisory area. Doppler radar estimated between 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen across north central Livingston County... including the ODell area.
* Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause minor flooding to occur... especially along small streams and near low water crossings. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Dwight and ODell.

Excessive runoff from this storm will cause elevated levels on small creeks and streams... ponding of water on roads... urban areas... highways... viaducts... underpasses and low lying areas.
